Trade Policy
Want List:
Occasionally, we will post our want list on our website. If you have a book that is on our want list, and it is in readable condition (the covers and binding are in good shape, and it has all of the pages), it is likely we will buy that book from you.
Send us your titles:
If you have a list of titles and authors of books you want to sell, we will be happy to look over your list if you send it to manager@havenbooksellers.com. Once we have looked over your list, we will let you know what titles we are interested in.
Donations:
At this time, donations fall under the same restrictions as trades/buybacks. We appreciate your support, but our backlog is long, and we simply don’t have space for large donations. We recommend donating to the Salvation Army Family Store on Stone Drive. We like to buy books from them, so in this way we can both support a good cause!
But how much do you pay?

Thanks for taking a look at the above sections. In order to keep our prices competitive, you shouldn’t expect to get rich off of selling us your used books. Our offer is dependent on the resale value of the book as well as its condition. Typically, we will offer more in store credit than we will in cash, but both options are available.
